Everything was great. The staff, the practice, the cleanliness and the service. All round fantastic. The team make me actually like going to the dentist!I could not recommend the practice highly enough.

Dentist (Ian) was super friendly and professional. He made my pain go away within 24 hours which was superb.

I phoned Sunday and left a message explaining my problem. I had a text message on the Monday morning asking me to phone the practice. I phoned and was offered an appointment for that morning. Clinicians always show excellent knowledge of my history, always thorough, always give clear & detailed explanations, FOH always work hard to ensure timely appointments & are knowledgeable about clinical procedures, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. I ALMOST enjoy going to the dentist !!!!

Ian is brilliant best filling experience i ha e ever had usually nervous about it all but no need to be in and out like nothing happened! Very good however they should offer blue light discount as one day they may need us!

the clinicians are excellent : highly professional, careful and cheerful. As are the receptionists.

Generally I would have no complaints at all as all of the staff are always so kind aand welcoming, however with my treatment this week I personally would have preferred to be told what was being done when at each stage of the treatment; all I could see was lots of different things being put in my mouth but not knowing why etc. The dentist explained what he was going to do, ie root canal however I have to admit I was a little anxious and I feel that if I was told along every step this may have eased this a little. This is why i have used the 'neither satisfied nor dissatisfied' option on the section relating to satisfaction. Other than this, no issues
