Amazing friendly staff, dentist was great too

I recently moved from Bupa to Sturminster Dental care. I can’t fault it, a much better service throughout. Highly recommend.

The friendliness and professionalism of all concerned at the practice plus the spatial rooms themselves.

All staff polite and friendly. Well qualified dentists who explain everything well. Surgery always scrupulously clean.

Immanuel has been great, the previous dentist at the same practice was but but I’ve found Immanuel to be very calm, kind a patient and thorough

Emmanuel the dentist was brilliant- really nice manner - explained what he was doing and got on with it - top draw - his dental assistant was very effective- supportive and worked as part of the team - I felt relaxed and was very impressed with the outcome-The receptionist was calm and clear The environment of the clinic was clean and relaxing- thank you

Pleasant staff. Hygiene treatment accomplished pain free and with explanations of the treatment.. Check up with dentist seemed thorough.

All excellent especially all staff. One request please; the piped music in reception was too loud, it became an irritation and annoying after a short while, please turn it down.

The reception staff are all so friendly and do their best to accommodate patients.However, I feel that of late, it has become increasingly difficult to make an appointment to see the dentist as quickly as one would like to. It appears that the practice has more patients on its books than it can comfortably deal with. One expects to have to wait perhaps a couple of weeks or more, but when the next free appointment is not for longer than 8 weeks, then I think something is wrong!If the dentists were not all so good, one might consider moving elsewhere, but you know that the treatment at Sturminster Dental is very good.

The Dentist and Hygenist are friendly, polite and very helpful.

Ian is a wonderful dentist, so caring, kind and patient...all the nurses are also always great, unfortunately I can't remember her name but this particular lady was absolutely wonderful. Reception staff also always excellent. I arrived almost crying and left laughing and smiling, what more can I say...

Extremely friendly and polite staff across the board. I'm a new nervous patient to the practice and the team put me at ease and have increased my confidence in returning.I have avoided a dentist for 5 years and was difficult to have the courage to make an appointment but the team have been great and I feel confident to return for the treatments I need. 10/10 for all team members who have made that possible for me.

Everyone knew what to do and did it well.

They are always gentle, caring and patient. They explain everything and allow you to ask any questions. They have never rushed me, or the appointment. They really genuinely care for me, so I assume thats how It is with everyone. I have no doubts that everyone else has a pleasant experience with them. The dentist is a really scary experience for some people. Yet, I no longer have any fears thanks to the dental care team at Sturminster Newton. I would like to mention specific people but I feel like thats unfair as everyone Ive spoken to has always been great.
